How To Request A Refund

  1. Email support@humecare.com with your account details and a brief explanation that you are claiming under the 10% guarantee.
  2. Our clinical team will review your scan data and protocol adherence records โ€” this typically takes 3โ€“5 business days.
  3. If eligible, a full refund of your subscription fees is processed back to the original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days.

What Is Refunded

The money-back guarantee covers HumeCare+ subscription fees paid over the 6-month period. It does not cover third-party costs such as pharmacy co-pays if your insurance partially covered medication, or optional add-on services purchased separately.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your HumeCare+ subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. To cancel, email support@humecare.com or use the account management section of the Hume Health app. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period โ€” you will not be charged for the following period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a current period except where required by applicable law.

Medication Returns

Due to pharmaceutical regulations, prescription medication cannot be returned or resold once it has been dispensed. If you cancel before using medication in a current shipment, contact support immediately โ€” we will advise on next steps based on your specific circumstances and applicable pharmacy policy.
