The HumeCare+ Money-Back Promise
HumeCare+ guarantees that you will lose at least 10% of your starting body weight within 6 months of following the protocol as directed. If you follow the protocol consistently and do not achieve this result, we will refund your subscription fees in full โ no questions asked, no difficult process.
Who Is Eligible For The Guarantee
To qualify for the money-back guarantee, you must:
- Have completed at least 6 months on the HumeCare+ protocol.
- Have taken medication as prescribed and attended required clinical check-ins.
- Have completed monthly 3D body composition scans as scheduled throughout the 6-month period.
- Have engaged with your clinical team's guidance and protocol adjustments during the period.
- Submit your refund request within 30 days of your 6-month assessment date.
How To Request A Refund
- Email support@humecare.com with your account details and a brief explanation that you are claiming under the 10% guarantee.
- Our clinical team will review your scan data and protocol adherence records โ this typically takes 3โ5 business days.
- If eligible, a full refund of your subscription fees is processed back to the original payment method within 7โ10 business days.
What Is Refunded
The money-back guarantee covers HumeCare+ subscription fees paid over the 6-month period. It does not cover third-party costs such as pharmacy co-pays if your insurance partially covered medication, or optional add-on services purchased separately.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your HumeCare+ subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. To cancel, email support@humecare.com or use the account management section of the Hume Health app. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period โ you will not be charged for the following period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a current period except where required by applicable law.
Medication Returns
Due to pharmaceutical regulations, prescription medication cannot be returned or resold once it has been dispensed. If you cancel before using medication in a current shipment, contact support immediately โ we will advise on next steps based on your specific circumstances and applicable pharmacy policy.
